INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

Designed for under-sink installation, the AquaVerde® AV-RO-10S fits neatly into most modern kitchen cabinets. Its tankless architecture eliminates the bulky storage tank, maximizing valuable under-sink space.

The system arrives retail-ready with all essential components:

  • Premium smart faucet

Before you start

  • Water source: municipal cold tap water, 14.5–58 psi.
  • A grounded, GFCI-protected 120 V outlet inside or next to the sink cabinet.
  • A free 1 in (25 mm) hole in the sink or countertop for the faucet.
  • Access to the sink drain pipe above the trap.

Installation

  1. Close the cold water shut-off valve and fit the inlet tee between the valve and the cold supply line.
  2. Mount the smart faucet and feed its two tubes and display cable below the sink.
  3. Remove the white plugs from the ports on the back of the unit: pull off the clip, press the ring and pull the plug out.
  4. Connect Water Inlet to the inlet tee and Waste Water to the drain saddle on the drain pipe.
  5. Connect Kitchen Water to the white faucet tube and Pure Water to the blue faucet tube.
  6. Plug the display cable into the Smart Faucet port and the power adapter into the DC port.
  7. Open the water slowly, check every connection for leaks, then plug the adapter into the wall.
  8. Let the unit rinse for 30 minutes before drinking. If the rinse does not start by itself, press Rinse on the top panel.
  9. Open both faucet handles in turn. The TDS display lights up when pure water flows; if it lights up on the Kitchen Water handle, swap the blue and white tubes.

Installation typically takes 1–2 hours with standard household tools. For a fully turnkey experience, professional installation by a licensed plumber is recommended.

Filter replacement

A red light on the faucet display shows when a filter is due.

  • CF Composite Filter (marked CBPA): every 9–12 months.
  • RO Membrane Filter (marked ROCB): every 12–24 months.

Both filters twist out from the top of the unit, with no tools. After a change, press Select until the filter's light flashes, hold Reset for 6 seconds until you hear one beep and the light turns blue, and rinse the new filter.
