SOLID STAINLESS HOUSINGS — NOT PLASTIC IN A STEEL FRAME
Many systems advertised as "stainless steel" are plastic filter housings mounted on a stainless bracket. The frame is steel. The water flows through plastic.
On this system, the housings themselves are SUS304 stainless steel. Every part the water touches is metal.
This matters more than it sounds. A cracked plastic filter housing is among the most common failures in whole-house filtration, and because these systems sit on the main line under full household pressure, a failure means water release — usually while no one is home to notice.
Stainless housings also resist the long-term embrittlement that chlorine and temperature cycling cause in plastic, tolerate pressure surges and water hammer, and contribute nothing to the taste of your water.

Most filtration systems ask you to guess, or to follow a calendar that has nothing to do with your actual water.
This system is fitted with inlet and outlet pressure gauges. You read the pressure entering the system and the pressure leaving it, and the difference between those two numbers tells you exactly how loaded your cartridges are.
Clean cartridges show almost no difference. As they capture sediment and particulate, the gap widens. When it reaches the threshold noted at installation, it is time for a change — not before, and not long after.

INSTALLATION & SETUP
The AquaVerde® 3-Stage Stainless Steel Whole House Filtration System installs on the home's main water line to provide filtration for every faucet, shower, and appliance throughout the property.
Installation sequence matters. In homes with a water softener or conditioner, this system is installed after that equipment. Softened water significantly extends cartridge life, while hard water shortens it by depositing scale on the filter media.
The system is typically installed ahead of the water heater and distribution manifold. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper plumbing integration and correct sequencing with any other treatment equipment.
At commissioning, your installer records the clean-cartridge pressure reading on both gauges. That baseline is what every future reading is compared against.

WHY FOUR CARTRIDGES
The three stages of your system do not wear at the same rate.
The PP sediment cartridge works hardest. It captures everything before it reaches the carbon stages, so it loads faster and should be replaced approximately every six months — twice a year.
The GAC and carbon block cartridges are replaced once a year.
Rather than have you place three separate orders and pay shipping three times, this kit contains everything a full year requires — two sediment cartridges plus one of each carbon stage — in one delivery.

REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE

Actual intervals depend on your incoming water quality and household usage. Homes on softened water typically see longer cartridge life; homes with higher sediment loads may need the PP stage changed sooner.
