Registered trademark

AQUAVERDE® is a registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Registration No. 8,385,153, in International Class 011 for water treatment and purification apparatus.

Pending application

SPARKLEGLASS™ is the subject of a pending United States trademark application (Serial No. 99541409). It is not yet registered.

Unregistered trademarks

The following product names and designations are trademarks of AquaVerde claimed under common law. They are not registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and are identified with the ™ symbol:

PURE™ · HYPER™ · VITA™ · UV30™ · AIR PRO™ · Anti-Scale Pro™ · HYPERMIX™

The tagline Pure Water. Pure Life. is also claimed as a common law trademark.

Proper use

The AQUAVERDE® mark should appear with the ® symbol on first or most prominent use. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers or to disparage or discredit AquaVerde.

Third-party trademarks

All other trademarks, product names, and company names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
